What We Do

Our in-house machining facility in Gloucester handles every stage of component production — from initial programming through to final inspection — giving you a single, reliable partner for precision parts of any complexity.

CNC Machining

Our comprehensive CNC machining service combines state-of-the-art multi-axis machines with experienced programmers to produce components to exact specification, every time. We handle large-volume output with consistently short lead times, and offer stock-holding arrangements to support just-in-time (JIT) production schedules.

CNC Milling & Turning

Our on-site mill-turn capability allows complete part manufacturing in a single setup, reducing handling and improving accuracy. Bar feed options accommodate stock up to 65mm in diameter, and our multi-tasking turning centres combine turning, milling, drilling and tapping operations without the need to re-fixture the part.

Precision Turned Parts

Using a fleet of sliding headstock and fixed-head CNC lathes, we produce precision turned parts with tolerances measured in microns. Our sliding head machines are particularly suited to high-speed, high-volume production of small-diameter components, while our fixed-head centres handle medium-to-large billets with equal precision.

Complex & Prototype Machining

When a component demands more — tight geometry, unusual materials, or a difficult specification — our engineers apply decades of hands-on experience to find the most effective machining solution. We support prototyping, reverse engineering, and low-volume production runs of complex parts up to 300mm wide.
